What Typically Needs Service
On the cooktop, the most common Dacor call is a burner that clicks but will not light, generally a fouled igniter or a cap knocked out of position. On the oven side, temperature drift leads the list: bakes that run hot or cold point to the oven sensor, a bake or broil element, or a control needing calibration. Convection fan noise, a door that no longer seals, and control-panel quirks round out the work. On the newer connected models we also field questions about the app and Wi-Fi, though those are usually network matters rather than appliance faults. Altitude and Your Dacor Oven
Gas burns differently at Castle Rock elevation, and an oven moved here from a lower altitude may bake unevenly until it is checked. If your Dacor has seemed a little off since installation, a calibration and burner check often corrects it rather than any failed part.
